So... I reached out to support before my trip and it took them a while to get back to me. When they finally did, they didn’t really answer my question, which was frustrating since I needed help quickly

The ride itself ended up being fine, but changing the pickup time was more stressful than it needed to be. I messaged them more than once because I wasn’t totally sure if the new time was confirmed or if they were still talking about the original one. The replies were short, so that didn’t help clear things up. They did eventually adjust it, but on vacation, when plans are already shifting around, it felt like a hassle. Not the most flexible experience.

We booked a child seat ahead of time, but when we arrived there wasn’t one available. It made the ride really stressful, especially with a little one. When I contacted support, it felt like they were blaming me for the issue instead of trying to help, which made the whole experience even more frustrating

I don’t have a ton of patience after a flight, especially when we’re dragging around 5 bags, but the driver was really helpful and loaded everything without making us feel rushed. One suitcase got a little scuffed, which was annoying, but nothing serious. Overall, it was a good service and a easy ride from the airport...

They had, like, a nice mix of tours and not just the usual basic stuff you see everywhere. It was easy for me to find one that worked for our family. Some of the descriptions could’ve been a bit clearer, but overall, I was happy with the choices.

With how often rides can turn into a whole hassle, I was just relieved this one didn’t. The driver showed up on time both ways, there were no issues, and everything went smoothly. Wish it was always that simple.

The driver did get us where we needed to go, so I’ll give credit for that. But he came across as a bit rude and kept rushing us, which made the whole experience feel uncomfortable. He also barely answered our questions, like we were bothering him by asking. Not really the level of service I was expecting...

The routes were actually solid overall, but I noticed a few smaller beaches I was looking for weren’t listed at all. That part was weird, especially since some of them are well-known locally.

The shuttle was really clean inside, with no weird smells, and the seats looked well taken care of. It made the ride from the airport much more comfortable. I’d definitely use them again

We booked this for 11 people and specifically mentioned that we’d all have bags, but the van that turned up was nowhere near big enough. We ended up crammed in with luggage on our laps, which was the last thing we wanted after a long flight. The driver was friendly, to be fair, but it felt like nobody really knew who was responsible for sorting it out or admitting it was the wrong vehicle. It just wasn’t what we paid for. I wouldn’t use them again for a larger group.

The cost felt fair, and it got us where we needed to go without any issues. I think other customers would probably appreciate the straightforward, no-fuss experience too.

As someone who relies on wheelchair assistance when traveling, this was really disappointing. I asked ahead of time about wheelchair access, but the answers I got were vague and didn’t make me feel like anyone had a clear plan to help. It made the airport ride way more stressful than it needed to be. I personally wouldn’t use them again for accessibility needs...

The money was back on my card within a few days, with no hassle or annoying excuses. It was a relief because the whole thing felt simple and respectful. I’d definitely book with them again next time.

Used Happy Shuttle Cancun to get from the airport to our hotel, and it went better than I thought it would. Coming out of the airport was the usual confusing mess, but we spotted our driver quickly and didn’t have to stand around forever like idiots.

The ride itself was smooth, and somehow we got there quicker than expected even with the traffic being its usual pain in the ass. Driver kept things moving without it feeling sketchy, so no complaints there.

I’m giving 4 stars because the pickup info could’ve been clearer, especially when you’re tired and just trying to find your ride. But overall, for getting us to the hotel fast and without drama, it was a solid choice.

I’ll just say the ride was… memorable, but not in the way you’d hope. The seats felt really hard and worn out, and the van shook pretty much the entire time. I get that roads aren’t always perfect, obviously, but somehow every single bump felt personally aimed at my back.
It was also cramped inside, with barely any leg room, so getting comfortable wasn’t really on the menu. By the time we finally got to the hotel, I was mostly just relieved it was over, which probably says enough
